Well, 4/20 campaigns were underwhelming this year – but Michelob Ultra Pure Gold has something today, Earth Day. As all earthlings celebrate their planet (something they probably should do year-round, just sayin’), Michelob Ultra Pure Gold follows up their Super Bowl commercial with their own ‘ad blocker.’
Some Bey Worthy News
The Bee. Queen Bey to be specific. Beyoncé has signed on to Adidas. And, my friends, that is huge. Beyoncé will not only help market Adidas. She’ll also be creating designs for shoes and other athletic wear. Having a strong woman and celebrity will go beyond moving the needle for Adidas.
Marissa Musings: MillerCoors and Budweiser’s ‘Corngate’

Recapped: Super Bowl 2019
…I don’t need to say much. It was a bit of a dismal Super Bowl all the way around. Commercials were okay, Halftime Show was mediocre at best, and the game outright was a snooze fest.
Ad Highlight: Apple Chinese New Year “The Bucket”
Apple has the talent and budgetary means to consistently produce great content, and their short film for Chinese New Year, “The Bucket,” is no exception.
Marissa Musings: Apple and Samsung
