I was watching football yesterday and saw two really cute commercials.
Ad Highlight
Ad Highlight: Sandy Hook, Burger King, and Pornhub
Hey! It’s been a little bit which I apologize for. Life’s a little crazy right now, but here are a few ads that you should check out while I get my life together🤪.
Ad Highlight: Back Market
We all know those Apple ads, “Shot on iPhone.” French agency, Marce, and Paris-based company, Back Market, poke fun at the campaign.
Ad Highlight: Mint Mobile’s Super Bowl Commercial Results
I know you remember it. You were probably at a party disappointed in how boring the Super Bowl was. A seemingly average commercial started. You were probably barely listening. Then, you saw it. Chunky milk.
Ad Highlight: NFL “We Ready”
For the 100th season, the NFL makes sure everyone knows that they’re ready to kick it.
Ad Highlight: McDonald’s and Burger King ‘Roast’ Sesh
If you didn’t see it already, McDonald’s tried to troll its rival Burger King. But, you can’t beat Burger King at what they do best, biting comments and a lot of attitude.
Campaign Highlight: Non-touristy Signposts
Paris is a notorious city that sees millions of tourists every year – including me! They have helpful signposts everywhere guiding visitors throughout the city. New black and gold signposts take you away from the big landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre.
Campaign Highlight: BK’s Anti-Happy Meals
Burger King’s back at it again. Both a warrior for the ridiculous and social justice, BK has the advantage of being a QSR which allows flexibility in its marketing. They’re currently using their huge national platform in partnership with Mental Health America in a new campaign for Mental Health Month in May.
Ad Highlight: Michelob Ultra Pure Gold ‘Ad Blocker’
Well, 4/20 campaigns were underwhelming this year – but Michelob Ultra Pure Gold has something today, Earth Day. As all earthlings celebrate their planet (something they probably should do year-round, just sayin’), Michelob Ultra Pure Gold follows up their Super Bowl commercial with their own ‘ad blocker.’
Ad Highlight: T-Mobile’s New Campaign
I forgot to add this in my big Recapped for the Super Bowl, but T-Mobile has a pretty good new campaign going. T-Mobile’s new campaign has a funny text message sequence that highlights a feature of T-Mobile, whether it is paying off your old contract or their collaboration with Taco Bell.
